Bravo to long-time RDG member Mitchell McInnes on the publication of Fundamental Principles of Canadian Unjust Enrichment (LexisNexis, 2025).

Members will know that Mitchell authors the very detailed reference The Canadian Law of Unjust Enrichment and Restitution, 2 ed (LexisNexis 2022). The new book, at 422 pages, aims to provide 'a succinct statement of the principles and rules that govern restitutionary liability'.
